"Wear Your Sneakers to Work" Day

Back on My Feet is celebrating its 2nd birthday on July 3rd, 2009 and will kick off its annual two-week $100,000 birthday campaign on Friday, June 19th with a live webcast on cbs3.com. Your company can team up with Back on My Feet to show its support as well as help them reach their $100,000 goal by encouraging employees to wear their sneakers to work on Friday, June 19th for $5. Sign Up: To get your company involved, please email Maureen O'Toole or call 267-226-1319. After signing up, you will create your company team on our page on Active to track the donations made by your company.

How it Works: On the morning of June 19th, a representative from your company will collect the money as individuals come into work that day. A BOMF representative will pick-up the money sometime between 10 am and 5 pm on Friday, June 19th. This BOMF representative will also be available to give a talk to the company if desired.

Promotion: Promote Sneaker Day through your internal networks. BOMF will provide signs for your lobby area.
